GMB International Co., Ltd. (GMI) is a subsidiary of Goodmorning Bio Co., Ltd. (GMB) for the overseas business of Pathology System developed by Incell Bio (ICB). GMB and ICB entered the contract in April 2022 for the collaboration for overseas marketing business of pathology system, GmbPrep.

GMB developed and introduced PRO-PRP Kit in December 2011, which is the most convenient and efficient system for extracting PRP from the whole blood. ICB was established in 2016 to launch total laboratory
semi-automation system that is capable to process 220 tests per hour.

GmbPrep is a brand name of the consumable kits and testing equipment with a unique structure to produce high quality LBC slides, for supplying the hitech pathology system to overseas markets. We also supply automatic smearing unit, Duet, and staining equipment for cytologic slides.

We keep maintain the quality of GmbPrep system, develop the technology,
and continue to develop automation equipment.
